For executive recruitment, you are usually best off performing that yourself, though you may want to ask for some advice along the way.

However, for secretarial and many other kinds of staff, you may want to skip the time-consuming advertising and interviewing process, and use our services, especially since our Thai staff are familiar with the different kinds of Thai people, their various backgrounds, and their suitability for jobs and working together in Thailand's class and seniority oriented culture.

Notably, you're sometimes more secure against various kinds of abuses, slack and coverups within your company if you pull in Thais from diverse backgrounds, rather than taking in staff brought on by the first high level managers you hire. Conspiracies and accountability problems abound here. However, it is also important that you hire staff who are compatible with each other, in order to create a stable corporate community and culture.

As veterans of Thailand, we have extensive experience working with Thais, and can help in recruiting and judging potential staff for a foreign company, for several reasons:
