It's practically impossible to get fairly complete panoramic photos from any given place in Bangkok, even from the tops of very tall buildings, because there are so many other tall buildings which obstruct other buildings behind them.
A panorama of part of the Patumwan-Lumpini (zone A) residential area; photo taken the Chidlom skytrain station; click on it for a magnification.
The panorama below was taken from a tall condominium building on Asoke (Sukhumvit 21) just north of Sukhumvit Rd., and is about a 290 degree circular view. Click on the photo to get a magnification which you can then scroll horizontally.
