Thailand Homes and Property

Most of the Thailand Guru section on homes focuses on the greater Bangkok metropolitan region. The regions outside Bangkok are introduced but not covered to anywhere near the same extent as the Bangkok region.

Most expats live in the Bangkok region because it has practically everything expats want except beaches (an hour's drive away) or mountains or nature.

Unlike most other countries, Thailand is very Bangkok-centered for business and government administration. There is also no other city like Bangkok in terms of size and variety.
